Malpractice is a badge earned by throwing (pressing the 'T' button) a medpack at any charge and killing someone with it. Simply damaging without killing someone with the medpack won't give you the badge. It doesn't matter if it's done when Human or Alien, and the kill can be acquired on Broods, Swarms, and Humans.
